It would present a Constitutional quagmire if Hillary was incapacitated, or killed, or died. If Bill were Vice-President I'm not sure he could become President (but then again, he wouldn't have run for - or been elected to - the office of President for a third term). Hmmmmm......interesting. No, according to Bill Clinton. I don't remember his exact words now, but it sounded correct at the time.
I think he said the Constitution requires a VP to be qualified for the Presidency. He is no longer qualified.
