I've tried to talk her away from this guy, but she "loves him." She's 17!!! She told me if I told her parents that I'd risk my friendship with her. But at this point he's threatened scuicide on her two times and I'm worried she's not safe. Her safety means more than a friendship to me. If she's with him and he decides to kill himself she'll be psychologically scarred for life. Or if he decides to take her with, I might never see her again...

You say her safety is more important than her friendship, so if you really love her, you'll tell someone. If he's threatening suicide, then he needs help and if she really loved him, she would listen to you and try to get him the help he needs.
I know a young woman who's boyfriend killed himself a few months ago and I think it's changed her forever. He had been on medication for depression and he stopped taking and killed himself.
You need to do something while you still can, before he hurts her with his actions. It's the right thing to do, no matter what your friend say now, she might thank you later.

You need to talk to her parents and his as soon as you can. This person needs help. She is to young to Handel this kind of thing. She might not like it but you could be saving a life.

safety of someone you love is more important than their friendship with you

everyones safety, including yours is the utmost concern.
