best CSU & CSU areas?

Can anyone give me a list from best to least of the CSU and another list from best to least on its areas? Also which school would you consider me going to if i'm thinking about computer science but i'm also interested in Japanese/East asian studies. I'm not really sure on my major.

Most of the campuses seem to offer computer science, but only three offer Asian Studies programs - San Diego State, Long Beach, and Sacramento. Of those, I would put them in that order, from best to least (none of these is bad, though). The best overall is probably Cal Poly SLO, the least - maybe Dominguez Hills and San Marcos?
