No, anomie sounds WAY to much like anarchy. But the term alienation seems to be a better discriber of whats really happening. To me the fact that social pride in the us is determined not by who we are, but by what we've accomplished inpeticually in the areas of money and sexual conquest, things that have no true value within the individual. Realize if we do anything for pride, the pride is the pay off not the thing, which is why greed is a consequence. You can't achieve money or sex satisfaction you can only strive for it. But this said, its treating us like caged animals forces us to relate on shallow issues that further alienate the indiviudaul who is more then pride. That pride is their to help the heart, which is the real individual we are what we feel, not what we achieve..... so I see bad things in the future honey, bad things, unless we can see each as being things other then money havers or sex getters.... or money losser and sex nogetters, lol, my terms...... really we call them players and those that are play'd, sad state of affairs..... but I see how you drawn the dots to anomie because of the lack of morals, there you are perfectly right.....
