Whats the difference between a talent scout and a talent agent?

A talent scout looks for talent to take advantage of.. A talent agent has someone already that has talent he can take advantage of.

There really are no such thing as talent scouts any longer. A talent agent finds work for talent, negotiates their contracts and takes care of their paychecks.

A talent agent is a person who finds you work.

A talent scout is a mythical creature, like a Manticore or a Cicatrice.
