don't have self assurance each thing you hear. i will in basic terms think of one reason the state could go with to SECEDE from the U. S. (if that's what you mean): if the federal government observed any regulations that would, in fact, screw the state out of its components. If no longer something like that ever happens, inspite of the undeniable fact that, then do no longer complication approximately California attempting to "wreck off" and grow to be an self reliant united states of america. it can't happen.
