me and my friend vented everything about our lives to eachother, and i had never told any of my friends whats happened in my life

I had to give an employee a bad review, followed by a warning that he would be fired soon if his performance did not improve. Then, I was required to fire him several months later. It was very uncomfortable, because I like the guy but he just did not do his job.

My 19 and 24 year old brothers feel comfortable talking to me about their sex lives, because my dad made me give them "the talk" when we were younger. I don't want to make them uncomfortable, since they feel like they can confide in me, but I really do wish they'd talk to somebody else about it!

I had back surgery once and the doctor told me in all likelihood I would have a heart attack during surgery and that was very uncomfortable and disconcerting .
