i paid $0.01 dollers for this program called the amazing $2.00 program they siad that they would take out 3.00 on my debit card so i was trying to see if $0.01 is 3.00 in american doller or if i have mean scam

Does it say anywhere in the advertisement for the program that there is a $2.99 fee for shipping and handling, if any? If so, that is what we get for not reading the fine print. Otherwise, you are correct in that you got scammed.
Just out of curiosity, is this the program you bought?

$0.01 is equivalent to 1 penny or 1 cent. $0.01 is worth the same as 1/100 of a dollar. Bottom line, $0.01 is the same as a penny...
