Trailer and good neighborhood. The constant fear of security even in a house deters me.

A house is a house... it's what you make of it. I love having a house with a backyard and room for the kids to play. Ghetto neighborhood doesn't mean it's unsafe... it just means the neighborhood has some diversity.
My neighborhood is quiet and it's the Ghetto. So what's the difference? Trailers are too close together and not stable enough. Also, most people living in trailers are trashy and ghetto too.
So again a House is a home no matter where you live.

Trailer.
I am moving from a nice house in a neighborhood that is quickly becoming ghetto because there are so many people living in each house around here and there are a lot of parties all the time with loud music and chickens in the street. I live in Southern California.
Neighborhood is everything.

i pay very high rent money so i can live in a nice neighborhood it is nearly half of my pay but if is safe i brought up my boys in a safe neighborhood and we are still in the same place paying it of now as owe own but i can go out and i never have to lock the house up only at night do i some tomes lock the doors .I have peace of mind that my son is safe and all the money it takes to do that then that is what i do .so i would not live in a trailer pack just pay higher rent for a safer place the trailer Parke's over here are not every nice where you have people living full time not all but some we call them caravan sites here in oz

I'd rather live in a trailer. And honestly, new double wide trailers are VERY nice!! NIcer than some houses in the ghetto or in regular neighborhoods... :)

None of these :)
But those who live in trailer in a good neighborhood would have more motivation to get out of trailer and have a house in good neighborhood. But I think good neighborhoods don't have trailer livers ;))
