i think it doesnt necesarily mean you make terrible clothing decisions..but thats what most people consider it to be...
i think that if someone tells you that you do not have good taste in fashion,it just means that that person wouldnt patricularly consider what youre wearing beautiful,or fashionable,but i think thats just their opinion..because different people have different points of view of what fashion and style is...and at the end of the day,youre gonna have to choose whatever YOU think is stylish because there are always going to be people who love your style and people who detest it,so it doesnt really matter what you wear as long as you feel like yourself in it,make it your own,and be as genuine and unique as possible

To have a good taste in fashion is to dress in a way that many people like. It may not appeal to everybody, as Adriana Lima's style doesn't appeal to you, but her style may be liked to girls everywhere who are replicating her outfits right now.

It's probably impossible to dress in a way that everybody likes, since everybody has a different taste in fashion, which basically started all the labels. The simple button-down shirt with jeans maybe label neutral but some girls may be really into flashy and glamorous clothes, where as others may hate that. It's all just a matter of opinion.

Of course, we all know that some things just may never work together, leggings and leg warmers together, orange and green, socks and sandals. Yet some audacious fashion brands may attempt to make them work, starting major trends and making something horribly hideous, appear gorgeous to make a bunch of money.

I think it means that the majority of the world thinks that you clothes are ugly, or at least a lot of people in your culture. If you wore ugly pants and ugly sweaters that are thought to be ugly by a lot of people, you probably don't have a very good sense of style.

Also, it is a matter of opinion. Some people might think that Angelina Jolie has a very distasteful sense of style, while people that are labeled as nerds or geeks have tasteful clothes, while others think the opposite.

Honestly people shouldn't say that because everyone has their own sense of style but if u want a definition it means that you don't have attractive (basically they're ugly) clothes, possibly that u don't see your clothes in magazines such as VOGUE or the majority of people find your clothes to be ugly or your fashion sense in picking clothes is generally not good.

Clothes that horrify you when you see them. I was sitting on a bus when a girl dressed like Madonna in the 1980s got on and I was shocked at the sight of her clothes, but she thought I liked her outfit. Good thing she didn't guess what I really thought!

I personally think it means that your just not real big in fashion therefore you wear what you want whether it features your figure or not and whether its popular or not. Just means that what you wear or whoever your talking about doesn't always look that great in our societies eyes.

it means having no fashion sense, like people who wear things that do not suite them or fashion desasters like ur panty line showing , bra straps showing, G string showing, butt showing in a very low waisted pants! also wearing too tight clothes that dont compliment ur figure, wearing too revealing outfits that make u look like a h-ooker! or loud colors, sleeveless when its cold outside!
