why dose my iguana turn dark brown?

it eats good looks fat but it turns to a dark brown color.

Usually an iguana will turn dark after either being in the sun or under a heat lamp for an extended period of time.

That can also be a sign of stress in Iguanas. Check you setup for heat/light/diet/humidity/temps.

maybe because of the season change it is winter and that could be it
