Hello babyme...
People will answer your questions based upon what they know from life experience, their careers, knowledge of information on the internet etc.
If you are asking a question that doesn't get an answer, it's because no one knows the answer to it or perhaps your question wasn't clear enough to understand what you were wanting an answer to.
It always helps if you clearly state your question (not saying you didn't because I don't know you and have never seen questions submitted by you, I'm just trying to assist you with THIS question). It helps if you have correct grammar and spelling. People will refuse to answer questions that have horrible grammar and spelling. Some people who DO answer those types of questions certainly won't be friendly when they do because it's very annoying when questions are silly, written with horrible grammar, aren't very clear or have miserable spelling.
People on Yahoo Answers, like myself, DO want to answer questions. I'm on and off of here a couple times per week. If I see a question I know something about, I answer it to the best of my ability. If I don't know the answer or can't even understand what the person is asking, I don't even bother with it.

well it depends what kinds of questions ur asking
are they educatinoal because im afriad no one answers educational stuff
here okay ask a question about like girl advice or help u get self confidence just make somthing up
i once asked a question liked that cause i was upset
