I recently bought a:

and it has a weak graphic card (not even a graphic card) called geforce 6150 SE from nvidia. The computer specs is nice but the video card stinks!!

I want to buy a better graphic card, but I'm not sure if the PSU could support a better graphic card.

So my question is:
Which video card would you suggest considering that I have a low PSU wattage?

I don't want a HUGE gaming computer, but a decent one.
Thank you so much!!

*300 watts PSU

Your power supply restricts your choices.
If PSU has only 15 amps on +12 V rail get Geforce 7300 GS or ATI HD2400 Pro. They both draw less than 20 watts.
If PSU is ATX V2.2 with dual +12V rails, get the ATI HD 2400 Pro or the 8600GT. They both draw about 30 watts.

300 watts PSU doesn't tell you much, its the amount of amps it can give out per lead is what a graphics card needs, if you are not looking for a hardcore gamer rig you might want to consider any series 7 Nvidia cards like 7900GS or 7950 GT series. these cards will fit into the PCI Express x16 which your computer seems to have. and the power of 300W should be sufficient (i say that because i use 7900GS without any extra leads plugged in, even though it has a socket for it (and it still works) ) so it was happy with the power from the PCI slot itself so i think your computer can handle the card in terms of power supply

At a minimum try 6800 GS/GT or a 7600 if you're looking for a cheap Deceint video card. Those will do just fine for most games and be easy on the ole pocketbook:))

Good luck!!

I had just bought a pair of GeForce 8600 GT 512's for $200 new, each board requires 150w (I think). one of these would probably work for ya.
