I am not sure exactly what your question is? If you are talking about being soft and silver covered, those are physical properties. If you are interested in the characteristics that make it useful in semiconductors and LEDs, then you are talking about it's electrical properties which could be called chemical or physical properties depending on the definitions you are using. That is one thing about science, very clear definitions are important.

for the semicondutor part, it is a chemical property.but for it being a soft,silver colored metal,those are some physical properties.
