Put her in a sling and carry her around with you. Go for a walk or just do chores around the house. Talk to her about what you're doing, point out interesting things, etc.

I always found this age really hard. They want to be entertained, but they couldn't move themselves around much. The best way I found was to put the baby in a sling up with you. Your hands are free, but baby is entertained by watching what you're doing and observing. You can get a lot done and baby is happier.

First of all, is she a Gemini because they require more stimulation I think. My youngest is the same way and when she gets bored, she goes to sleep. Just play alot with her, sing songs and introduce new things. Why don't you try switching out her toys. Give her one batch for awhile and when she gets bored, take out a new one. It works for me and I hope it helps you.

They have a short attention span, when they are done with one toy get another and another and another. Try playing in different rooms, put on music, go for walks, read books, play pat-a-cake (you have to move their hands for them), let him look in the mirror, etc.

When my daughter was that age, she started teething, so I gave her a lot of teething toys to keep her occupied.
Toys that light up have also been a success!
