Ron Paul is the only republican candidate with any integrity. We would save billions (even trillions) if we stopped funding foreign governments and stopped nation biulding. It's not just Ron Paul saying this either Pat Buchanan agrees.

I think we need to stay out of things and stop being the police to every other country. We must worry about Americans before we worry about taking care of the whole world.
BTW, this is NOT a new concept so I hope you are not thinking that this is a wonderful new thing that shows that Ron Paul should be president. MANY people have been saying this exact same thing for years. It isn't just Ron Paul. (I mention this because I do not support Paul.)

Amnesty Sucks is right, this same thing has been said over and over. However, Ron Paul is the only candidate that I know of who is not only talking about a non-interventionist foreign policy, but has the voting record to back it up. It'll take more than just Ron Paul as President to get this done, but I'm still voting for him because of his plans for us to mind our own business.

I think that he is right on every issue. The social issues are primarily states right issues so that you and I can decide on a more changeable local level. And foreign affairs & government spending are best when they are base on non interventionist principals.
Ron Paul as president would perfectly lay out the pros and cons of each program he wants to cut. He would describe how it is constitutional, or unconstitutional.
Trying to get congress to cut the mass of wasteful programs would be something amazing to watch. We would see who is the real deal in congress as they vote on wether or not to keep each program. I think it would trigger major change for us even on a local voting level.
"Isolationist" cannot describe a man who wants to leave a war that much of the world hates. Isolationist cannot describe someone who wants to trade with the world, and be friends with the world. Those who call Ron Paul a isolationist, need to realise they have mistaken it with what he is, which is NON INTERVENTIONST.

Ron Paul is the only candidate talking about America's founding principles of freedom and securing the inherent, inalienable Rights of The People. We elect officials that don't know what the founding principles of American freedom are or how to abide by or convey them. None of them teach the founding principles of American freedom to Americans. This is called elected despotism. In America, the proper way to correct elected despotism is by impeachment.

The U.S needs to stop trying to be the world police... our foreign policy is directly responsible for terrorism...
And for any idiot that says it isn't... wasn't Bin Laden at one time an enemy of our enemy which in the minds of our "brilliant leaders" at the time made him our friend... how'd that work out for us... how about Hussein... didn't we give him "WMD's" in the early 80's to use against Iran... how'd that work out for us...
So far as "Ron Paul spammers"... I see a lot more questions about Hillary and Giuliani and Romney posted than about Dr. Paul... so are they spammers as well for raising valid points... or are they only spammers if they aren't promoting "your" candidate...

The US bases function as trip wires though, half the time, they are all that keeps peace in their respective regions, like the DMZ in Korea. Ron Paul needs to run on an isolationist platform if you ask me.

he is not the first to bring it up , but he is the only one who is talking about it this campaign cycle and has a voting record that shows he will actually have a policy to correct our past mistakes
