I was wondering about that. Sometimes just to have someone to listen would help!!!

They are called LCSW's and rent for $ 50/hour and up, they have diplomas to cover the dents in their walls (made by clients while waiting for appointments,or themselves when figuring out all the strange sh--t they've been told) and usually want to know "How does that make you feel ?" When you answer that question to your satisfaction you have just done their work for them !
so if you read this and take it to heart you can save a bunch of money !!
These folks rank lower than Psychiatrists and cannot prescribe medications but some of them actually do some good.
I am the product of a do-it-yourself anaysis and saved a bundle of $ but am still f----ed up, just not as bad as I was.

No, I have someone to listen to me if I need them. I am also considered a good listener. =)

You can always speak to a therapist, even if you're not trying to "fix" a problem, but just to get things off your chest.

Sure. They are called "therapists" or "counselors" and should be easy to find in your local yellow pages.
