You're gonna be OK. Disney Quest is an interactive arcade - no rides. If you like virtual reality games and video games, you're gonna have a good time.

There is one ride, so to speak - Cyber Mountain. With some help from Bill Nye, the Science Guy, you build your very own coaster, than ride it. This is a coaster simulator, but be warned - I get more nauseous on this than I do on any real coaster.

don't worry, Disney Quest is not only mostly virtual reality, but inside meaning that there aren't really alot of big rides.
Honestly you should be fine on basically everything, just if you do the create your own roller coaster make sure you stay away from anything too extreme and it will be fine.
Have a great time!

Disney Quest does not have large rides, it is an arcade. You can build an online roller coaster and do a simulated ride, but that is only one of thousands of video games.

DisneyQuest is more into Virtual Reality. There are actually no "real" roller coasters, so I hope your friends won't be disapointed. The closest would be something they call "Cyber Space Mountain". Here you can design your own roller coaster, and then ride it in something similar to a flight simulator.
