You're doing great, and good job not propping her in front of a "baby show" on TV.
At this age, they still can't see very well, so holding them and cooing and making faces is great. Just skin to skin contact and cuddling at this formative time will give you one happy and secure older baby/toddler.

She's so young, she'll grow into all these toys soon enough. But for now she just wants to hear your voice - read books and hold the pictures real close, keep singing, carry her around the house and tell her what you're doing. Spend some time just looking at her, she loves to look at faces. I was borred with my baby for the first couple months, but now I would love to have some easy play time where I didn't have to do much!

Get a sling or carrier, and tote her around as much as possible.
She'll get to see (and smell, etc) everything you do.
Keep her in a position where she's easily able to snuggle into you and shut out all those sights and smells and stuff, though. But I'm sure it beats toys for most young babies. When she seems particularly alert, keep up a bit of a play-by-play talking about what you're doing.

Of course she doesn't seem interested...she's only a month old. :)
Try sitting on the couch with your feet propped up and your knees up...rest baby on your elevated lap...you can show her little toys, etc, or play peekaboo, talk to her...she'll become more aware and interested in everything around her as the weeks go by.

She is only a month old. All she wants to do is eat, sleep, and wet her diaper. Don't worry about anything but cuddling her and giving her some tummy time right now.

At this age, all your baby wants is to be fed, held, and changed. You're doing everything right. My daughter loved her bouncer - she had the fisher price aquarium one. Enjoy!

she is a month old so she will not be able to play that much. I think what you are doing is good enough.
