which god are you talking about? The one associated with talking snakes, magical arcs, and parting seas?
Also, george bush doesnt even have the ability to bankrupt anything cuz he can't spend. The liberal congress are the ones in charge of that. Bush can't even spend money on the war.
The democratic congress keeps whining but they can de-fund the war if they wanted to.

Apparently you weren't paying attention in school (or maybe they stopped teaching the Constitution).
The president does not have the power to spend money. He can ask, but it is the legislative branch of government that enacts all spending.
At present, both the House and Senate are Democrat controlled.
