The stolen oil is going to space aliens. It's all part of the secret Roswell deal we had to make with them, that starting in the 21st century, the US had to give them oil, or our people for food.

What you fail to realize is that Bush is both evil AND incompetent, the same reason I don't believe that he actually planned for 9/11 to happen

The purpose is not to bring the oil to America, it is to slow production, thereby driving up the price per barrel. That translates into record profits for big oil.
