For next season, the Braves are on the hook for the entire $14.5 million. He earned $28m in 2006-07 without pitching, and the Braves also paid all of that.
Colorado and Florida were both off the hook for his annual salary after the 2005 season, although the Rockies will be responsible for the $6m buyout of his 2009 season, if the Braves choose to do that. I'm guessing they will, considering that if they don't buy him out, they'll have to pay him an incredible $20m for the 2009 season.
I should also note that the Rockies will be responsible for paying out the remaining $19m of his $20m signing bonus between 2009-2018.
