Wow, these are kind of hard to tell because they are black and white, but I'll give it my best shot.
:59- familiar, but I can't place it
1:06- Looks like Chise from Saikano. I'm pretty confident about this one, because aside from the simple resemblence, Chise also has many bandaids and the things behind her could easily be her mech wings. http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=2337

00:59 is Nanoha from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. from the action of the ''stick man'',i am sure is nanoha.

They all look like characters from sailor moon. The first is sailor moon. The second is Mini Moon her sister. The third I believe Sailor Moon likes. The last one is Sailor Moon's enemy. She is always ripping peoples hearts out.
