The PS3 has just been out just a little over a year, and I doubt that Sony has even been really discussing a new console. We'll probably hear about another Playstation console in 3 or 4 years from now, but I don't expect another Sony console to be released until at least at least 5-6 years from now.
As for another Xbox console, I have no idea and could care less. Microsoft needs to release another console in the next year I think. Compared to the PS3, the Xbox 360 is in the previous generation of consoles. Developers for the 360 are already restricted on how much they can put in one game because of DVD.
And I doubt that Sega would even try to release another game console. That would be suicide in my opinion. 3 consoles on the market is enough and 4 consoles on the market would just get a little to crowded.

I doubt the next XBOX would be called XBOX 780. Playstation 4 for the win.
