Which Prince Henry. If you mean Prince Henry of Portugal called the Navigator. Actually sailed in no ships he did start an academy for the Portuguese Sailors could all place their charts of their voyages so that all Portuguese Sailors could get information on voyages and there was a place that all information could be collated into a clear world map.
