I cried a few days ago after our dear AA gave me a link to a blog by an Egyptian girl called Zeinobia. Just reading the stuff there drove me back to my depression again and I was crying while simultaneously raiding the fridge! A classic sign for me meaning that I'm in one one of my worse moods ever.

Alhamduliah I'm in a much better mood now. In general I'm a very emotional person and my emotinal state is immediately reflected on me physically. I suffer from splitting migraines and colon trouble and of course crying is an added plus! I usually suffer from these symptoms when I'm depressed or worried about people whom I care about. Hear that ya mogrima?! Don't make me worry about you!

I cried Saturday and Sunday night when I saw my ex (we are recently separated) with this truly ugly chic. It has only been a few days I was so blind-sided.

It helped...I wrote in my journal, listened to Corrine Baily Rae, and let it all out.

when I lost my dog. I used to take him with me whenever I could as he really didn't want to stay at home alone. He waited for me sleeping in my car. One day I got back to the car and I found him almost dead. I rushed to the vet, I even had a car accident. I didn't make it unfortunately. so my sweet little dog has gone away forever and I had to learn to live with this guilty feeling. I still tell myself "IF only .."

At noon today. I was reading the USA Today newspaper story about the brother and sister who started the "Cell Phones For Soldiers" program. It made me weep to think of their humanity and thoughtfulness.
