Did I miss something, or is somebody stalling the investigation? Other than hiring them, I wonder if the State Depaartment has a connection to Blackwater.

Add:: I know the State Dept. hired them...I was just wondering if there was a connection like the Halliburton deal with Cheney. Conspiracies in Washington are not unheard of, ya know! More likely, they were born there!

Like many many many other things... it is in the 'hearings' phase. The actual Congressional hearings are over but there has been no ruling on where to go with it next.... it should be picked up by the judicial branch but we will see.
There is an old saying in Washington, '...if you want an issue to die but appear to be doing something about it at the same time, send it to committee...' Committee is just another way for having hearings.

Didn't miss anything, still on going, things like this don't happen overnight. Ahhh, another conspiracy theorists! Needed to hire them, someone has to do that work!

It is still ongoing, and of course the State Department has ties with Black water, they hired them.
