Are you trying to replace the internal power supply, or are you looking for an external UPS? If the former, Dell's power supplies are proprietary - you'd need to get a more powerful one direct from Dell. If you need an external UPS, any office supply store should have one that will work for you.

The power supply for a Dell GX520 is standard in size. Remove the supply from your computer, and take it with you to one of your local "mom and pop" computer stores. They should be able to match it. You just need to be sure that the box is the same size, and that you will be able to plug the power cord into the supply and the screw holes will match the holes in your case. You you should be able to find one.

If not, Dell offers them for a reasonable price. Slightly higher then in most stores (10% or so), but still a whole lot cheaper then a new computer.
