Which genre of music do your like better?
And no, just incase your eyes have gone wrong -- I didn't list emo, techno, or hip hop.

Both.....I love both.....the Finale of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony (the "Ode to Joy," if you will) and Springsteen's "Born to Run" are two of the most glorious pieces of music ever written by Western Man.
Two of the best extended pieces I've ever heard are Gustav Holst's "The Planets" (especially "Mars: The Bringer of War) and Pink Floyd's "The Wall."
And...two of my favorite groups of all time are Yes, and Emerson, Lake, and Palmer....and much of their stuff is based on classical music.
There is room in one's music collection for Beethoven, Mozart, Stravinsky, the Beatles, Bob Dylan, and Springsteen.

Actually, I'm a big fan of both. I perform classical music, but also have an extensive classic rock collection.

Classic Rock is more appealing than classical music. However, I never listen to either by choice.
