Does that mean anything? Is that him getting it out there so I can get the hint he is thinking of askig to marry me?
My boyfriend will bring it up sometime out of the blue when we are together and kids.
He is in the Military, and he knows that I was looking for a serious relationship when we first met so he's aware of what I want.
I had mentioned recentley that I was in love with him and he didn't want to talk about through IM he said he wanted to talk about it when we are together.
So what do you think people?

That kind of talk should stay out of chatting rooms and text messages.
That's serious bussiness and I don't blame him not to reply to such a statement via IM
If he is talking about it, he's considering it... so don;t push it, set time tables or ultimatums... the hard work is alreday done...

When he is ready and knows deep down that you are the one he will get on one knee. Don't keep bringing it up. Just let him be the one to bring it up. with him being in the military, he has a lot to think about. the military has a conduct code and he must consider that before saying "I do." If you are ready to be a military wife then by all means say "yes" when he purposes. In the mean time continue to support him and love him- thats what our troops need.

He may be playing with the idea, but I wouldn't necessarily expect him to pop the question anytime soon. He may just be excited about the idea that that could happen, and testing your reaction to see if it freaks you out or anything. It's a possibility, but don't expect anything soon.

The difference between women and men. Men don't hint, suggest, read into anything beyond it's surface. If he wants to ask you to marry him, he would ask "will you marry me?" Maybe he wants to ask you in person.
