A zone coverage works well against this. Like a 4-3 cover 2 Buc. This keeps the CBs in the flat to prevent the QB from running, and keeps players out in a zone to cover WRs. Also, use lots of blitzes from the outside LBs, or even the CBs. They have defense plays that blitz a linebacker or CB and still covers all the WRs. Pay attention to which side they like to run to and blitz from that side. Usually with a right handed QB, they will also run to that side. Lastly, use a QB spy. There are plays, like the 4-3 DE contain, that have a LB spy the QB. This means if he leaves the pocket, the LB follows him. The rest of the defense stays with their men as usual.

Zone defense with middle linebacker as a spy. Mix in dropping your d-ends into coverage.
