does anyone know the torque specs for a 2002 cr80 clutch cover. its an 8 millimeter bolt.from 96 to 02 the motors were the same so any of them years.

The bolt itself can be tightened to the above specs. Assuming the mating threads are designed for the full strength of the bolt. If you are screwing into aluminum or magnesium parts, do a little more research.

Use the guide that doane provided.
So you don't destroy your engine - the bolts are 6mm not 8.
8mm is the size of the wrench to remove/install the bolt.
6mm is the diameter of the bolt - that's the # you use when looking up torque specs.
