I have tried a lot before I tried the " me" diet. I substituted tofu with things that I ate. I didnt have to lose a lot of weight about 25 or 20 pds. I ate Kosher Dill pickles with everything. I ate grapefruit almost every morning. I guess that's why I cant stand that fruit now lol!. Its tough trying someone else's diet because they dont live in your body. Everyone's body is different no matter what health experts want you to believe. You just have to find what works for you. I guess I would have the call the diet that I was on the " tofu me" diet, lol. I was just on too many that other people had tried, and had successful results. I wanted something that I could do for me, where I could be proud of what I had accomplished. It took me a while, but I did it!

The only thing that I’ve done is pick up frozen Lean Cuisines or Weight Watchers from the grocery store. I just try to eat healthier and exercise outside or go to the gym for the treadmill and elliptical.

Never went on a diet, just eating less or doing more actions plus body exercises. And stop drinking soda, it will help alot.

South Beach. Except I'm not literally dieting. I just like their chicken ceaser wraps and stuff like that. They're really good. Plus you don't even have to put it in the microwave.

i found that diets suck, they take to long and its just faster to do 50-100 situps every day and if you dont like doing them try instead of holding your arms to your chest stick them out and act like your pulling your self up. its easier and you work your arms too, anyway just dont eat alot and drink alot of water. if your on a certain food diet and you eat alot of it you might as well not diet at all. like most diet books say, its faster and easier to lose weight if you excersise too.

i have only tried a diet where i gain weight int he right aspots and it worked I ate full course meals three times a day and worked the mucsles that yo will like to work.

I was anorexic for a while. That wasn't fun. But i have learned that eating is good. But you have to eat in moderation. You have to eat balanced. I used to eat alot of sweets but I have given up on eating sweets. So far I have gone almost 7 days without sugar ( ex: cookies, cake, ice cream, pies, honeybuns).
