The oil drain bolt is underneath the engine.
Remove it and drain the oil (don't forget to re-cycle).
Install the bolt with a new sealing washer if the original is damaged.
The oil fill cap is on the right side of the engine (on the top of the case).
Hold the bike straight up & down when checking the oil level (as if you were sitting on it).
The oil level check bolt is on the right side of the engine (clutch cover). It has a sealing washer on it.
Remove the oil level check bolt.
Slowly fill the crankcase with quality, brand name 4 stroke motor oil - 10w-40 is fine.
Fill until oil starts to drain out the oil level check hole.
When the oil stops draining, install the check bolt.

That's how to check the oil level also.
Remove the check bolt.
Add oil until it starts to drain.
When it stops draining, install the bolt.

If you race - change it after every race, or every other race.
If it's a play bike - before your first ride of the season and right before you store it for the winter.
Contaminated oil will allow internal parts to rust, seals to rot and clutch plates to stick.
It never hurts to change the oil often - change it every month during the riding season and your bike will love it.
