Serious answers only. I will rate you low if you give me a stupid answer. I am 16 years old about to be 17. I am 6'1 and weight 180 lbs. I have a advanced face and body for a 16 years old. I was able to grow a full beard by the age of 13. When most people see my they think that I am 21 or older, even with out a beard. I have ver strong arms, legs, mind, and abs. However I really want defined abs. I have tried everything. Crunches, dieting, you name it I have tried it. I have even asked my dad to help me out. My dad used to be a body builder. And even those exercises did not work. I walk and run almos evey other day to say in shape yet it still seems like I just have that baby belly fat sitting on my stomach never going away. How do I get rid of that belly fat so that I can have defined abs?

If your dad is a bodybuilder, then the excersises he gave you should work, you seem to sound a bit impatient.. one thing about abs - they take a while to get.
You have to really the excersises right, flex your stomach while doing them, also have a good diet to keep the fat off.

And as for loosing the baby fat.. cardio will do the trick, start with 30 min of cardio and work up from there.

Cardio : Running, Swimming, Jogging , Cycling ..etc

Reduce calories, and burn more with aerobic exercises. Your abs are probably there with the crunches, but you can't remove fat from just one area unless you have lipo suction.
