Im in High skool and i need help with decimals .but i red the def ination but i still dont get it?

Question

3 number between the following.

2.15 meters and 2.17 meters
0.8 meter and 0.9 meter


Help im confused to much stuff from the past

suppose you wrote the first pair of numbers as

2.150 meters and 2.170 meters

(do you understand why 2.15 is the same as 2.150?)

Now I bet you can find 19 numbers in between them!

2.150=> 2.151=> 2.152=> 2.153=> 2.154 etc. up to 2.17.
0.80=> 0.81=> 0.82=> 0.83=> 0.84=> 0.85 etc. up to 0.9
