Koumi, this is a subject that I don't even like thinking about, much less talking about, but for my partner...I'll give it a shot.
Flair has to go out with the World Title (that is his belt by the way) and decide when he retires. Not by losing some stupid match! Like HBK said Monday, Ric is the only REAL legend in the business and deserves a proper send off. The HOF & retirement after WM 24 rumors don't add up. Why put him in the HOF Saturday night and have him lose at WM 24 the next night? That's more like a slap in the face. I'll say Raw the Monday after WM 24.
Remember this fellow Nature Boy fans...
Ric Flair made Ric Flair, Vince didn't make/create Flair. Which means there is always the possibility of a disrespectful send off.

Well most people say WrestleMania 24, but think about it.
WWE needs to let Ric go with some dignity (storyline) and his career ending would be devastating especially if it was in the grandest stage of them all.Could you really imagine Ric Flair's career ending at WM24 and the entire crowd booing, that would make Ric Flair look bad.

If he only has matches on RAW and at PPV's...
I see Flair going until WrestleMania with the "streak". Interesting scenarios can be made for Flair, with count-outs, DQ's, and even interference. Not every match has to be a clean win, and knowing Flair's persona, not every match will be.
His ending will be with him losing to someone of higher status (or a young talent that needs a heel push), and he will get an ovation like Chris Benoit used to get while getting up. His might even last longer than a Hogan celebration.

If I were to estimate I would say Flair will be around as long as he is physically capable of wrestling, then he will be involved in the business as a manager or an off-screen figure..
A farewell tag match with Flair and Anderson against two other legends or an 8 men tag match to bring back the other members of the Horsemen for one night would seem in place for Flair's retirement as a wrestler..

I think that he's going to last untill wrestlemania, and then call it quits. Because as you know, he is getting older. And, he's human...So he is getting weaker and weaker, and although he is a great wrestler, it would be better for him to retire soon.
Don't get me wrong, I like him and all. But he's a person too, and with his body now, it's not as good as it used to be. But, he is a great wrestler, and I hope that when he does retire, that people will remember him.

Ill bet he upsets some very good wrestler on his own (unlike last night) then everyone is celebrating and then Flair, shockingly, announces his retirement on his own and kind of shows up McMahon.
And it will be at WM24

He will last until Wrestlemania
I'd like to see him retire as World Champion, but that's not likely to happen.
