if I met this chick, and she was hot and fun to be around. And she would be against sex before marriage, but the instance I told her I loved her she tells me she was a transsexual, could I sue for that? Or just chalk it up to live and learn?

Hey Diane, how about false pretenses. One would think that is something you would tell someone right away. If I told you I was not a father and you later found out I was a father...yeah, think about it.

Diane, lighten up for goodness sake. You were way too easy to rile up. Not even that fun to do so. As a matter of fact I will clue you in to my alter online ego

So who are you going to sue, and what for?
Her, because you love her? That's hardly her fault.
Her (or anyone else), because she was born transsexual? Even SHE can't sue for that; it's no-one's 'fault' these things happen.
Her, because she was 'against sex before marriage'? A lot of girls (and boys) are; it's not a crime, in fact many people regard it as a virtue.
Additional; false pretences? No.
She didn't pretend to be anything other than who and what she is; a girl who was born transsexual. Just because she didn't mention her congenital condition to you doesn't mean that she was pretending not to have it; she just didn't feel the need to tell you about it the moment she met you. Although most of us do (to avoid unpleasant, and often violent 'scenes' - sad but true), she's not in any way obliged to tell you about her medical history at any time unless she wishes to.
I doubt you told her every detail of your medical history either.
-I'm not 'riled up' at all; just answering your question.
(and I don't look at 'myspace' pages; I have an aversion to flashy graphics, trashy porn and tedious blogs.)

I'm gonna need you to "cop a feel" somehow before it gets this far next time Rick.
All the attorney's that could have won the law suit for you are dead....F. Lee Bailey, Johnny Cochran.
Just chalk it up and remember....feel the evidence...ride the merchandise..be more proactive for your benefit.
And if you need a conservator, I am always here for ya!
