Most regionally accredited (RA) colleges (WASC is a regional accreditor) will not accept DETC (NA) transfer credit unless the courses have been reviewed by ACE.

Most regionally accredited colleges will also not accept an RA bachelor's degree as entry for their master's.

There are some very few exception such as American Military University but if your objective is to transfer the credit or seek graduate admission later, DETC is not the way you want to go.

There are plenty of RA DL options out there if this is the path you want/need to take.

Many people will quickly tell you about the unfairness of not being able to transfer DETC credits (and they are correct) but that isn't the real question. Reality is that it's very difficult to transfer these courses anywhere.

DETC does have value if the program is something that you're going to end with (such as vocational training) and you don't intend to transfer it anywhere or use it to get into grad school.
