most places serve food too so anyone can be in there, just not sitting AT the bar. Other places will say 21and OVER after a certain time of night.

Depends on state laws. I found in Canada that no one under 21 could be in the room the bar was in. None that I know of allow minors to sit at the bar but can sit at a table.

That would be governed by your state laws. Different states have different laws about when minors are allowed to be in establishments that serve alcohol. It often depends also on if they are serving food or just alcohol.

Absolutely not! If they could then you could say that they could purchase alcoholic beverages from a Super Market. After all, it's not intended to be a bar . . . It's a grocery store!
