I have had nothing but good experiences with it. I have had my own carpets cleaned with it because the manufacturer of my carpet will void the warranty if I shampoo or steam clean it. Moreover, I always ask for a little container of extra dry granules because it is wonderful stuff for cleaning other things like upholstered cushions, mattresses, even men't silk ties. Your carpet is dry in a matter of hours, it won't create mold in your padding and it has brighteners in it that leave your carpet looking new. You don't have to worry about rust coming from the legs of metal furniture or gliders nor that your wooden legged furniture will sustain water damage. It is safe for pets and children too.

i've had em twice n they were good yeh, reputable company but i think th r a franchise, not that that makes a difference. i'd av em again x
