You're differentiating x^f(x), where f(x) = 2x^(-1/2).

By the Chain Rule, that would be f(x) * x^(f(x)-1) * f'(x)

The first two of those terms you have immediately, and I'm sure you can figure out the third (it's -x^(-3/2)).

So multiply them together and you're done!
