What can i use instead of marzipan?

melt poo and add butter and it tastes lovely!

It depends on what you are trying to make... there are a few subs for marzipan. You can probably just leave the marzipan out all together because it usually is just an ingredient that adds flavor.

Why would you want to replace the marzipan. That is the one main ingredient in stollen. It'd be like making chocolate cake without the chocolate.
