Which freedom mentioned in the Bill of Rights was threatened? Why?

I don't believe ANY have been "threatened."

There are those who challenge the alleged violation of those rights but none are threatened!

I think most have been threatened at one time or the other.

All of them--especially under the Patriot Act.
