I heard of the case of blue balls? but i want to know how is it caused...basically everything! just a curious chick

It's a lower abdominal cramping that happens when a guy gets aroused, and then suddenly the plans change. All the blood rushes to certain areas of the body, and the reproductive plumbing kicks in, but they now have nowhere to go, and the guy is left standing there like a hat rack.
The pain is similar to getting kicked in the groin. It will go away slowly as he calms down and the pressure subsides. It is rarely fatal.

All the above are wrong, they are females on top of that, so they haven't actually experienced blue balls.
I've had blue balls before, and it happens when you get sexually excited, or build up to your climax.. but you dont finish off.
The feeling is like having pressure on your testicles, and they're sore, also some abdominal pain..
Basically, its almost like getting kicked in the groin.
They dont actually turn blue.
ex. You have sex, you get real close to having an orgasm, but you stop for some reason and you dont get to finish or ejaculate.
or
You masturbate, get real turned on, get about halfway through and stop for some reason.

It's when a guy gets all horny worked up but doesn't squirt his load of sperm. It feel like an aching sensation. Like when you're making out with your girl and touching and caressing and then just stop. After a while it makes us crazy.
