It varies by demomination for church services and most of the other services are written by the couple getting married.

Usually it goes we are gathered here today to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony. There names are involved, then do you so-so take so-so to be your husband in sickness and in health , for richer or poorer, to love and to cherish all the days of your life from this day forward till death do you part-I do same for the wife then the exchanging of rings. Preacher then usually says I now pronounce you husband and wife you may kiss the bride.
This is just off the top of my head traditional vows.

The typical goes something like, "Do you (name) take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, to love and cherish from this day forward until the rest of your life?" You can also write your own vows and the library or internet should have all kinds of variations to choose from.
Good luck! ;)

the preacher will say pretty much what you want him to say, or you can wright your own vows. he can also omit things that a preacher may say if you don't want them to say, for example" if anyone here knows why these 2 should not wed, let him speak now or forever hold his peace..blaa bla bla bla" its what ever the bride and groom want.

He(or she) usually reads from the Bible about where man and woman leave their parents and cleave to each other. The questions he asks are do you...take this woman/man, to be your lawfully wedded husband/wife, in sickness, health.......till death do you part?

I, (name), take you, (name), to be my [opt: lawfully wedded] (husband/wife), my constant friend, my faithful partner and my love from this day forward.
I, (name), take you (name), to be my (wife/husband), to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part.
(Name), I take you to be my lawfully wedded (husband/wife). Before these witnesses I vow to love you and care for you as long as we both shall live. I take you with all your faults and your strengths as I offer myself to you with my faults and strengths. I will help you when you need help, and I will turn to you when I need help. I choose you as the person with whom I will spend my life.
I, (name), take you, (name), to be my beloved (wife/husband), to have and to hold you, to honor you, to treasure you, to be at your side in sorrow and in joy, in the good times, and in the bad, and to love and cherish you always. I promise you this from my heart, for all the days of my life.
