has died,,but thank god he did not have a gun on him,,god for bid he was to have shot the intruder he would be in jail for the rest of his life and probably would have been sued by the victim s family,,for not having better security to keep unwanted people out,,what do you think..only in america

He was a thug on probation. Having a gun would have violated his probation.
