You forgot to add:
7. She's a lesbian
8. She has a large derriere (heard THAT one today in here)
9. She is in China's pocket
10. She is in Corporate America's pocket
11. She has no experience.
12. She's not a Christian
13. She'll go after the illegal alien vote (I know, it makes no sense but I hear it in here all the time)
14. She will make the terrorists mad (I guess we vote for whomever pleases terrorists now)
What they REALLY mean is, she isn't like us, so we cannot predict how to control her, therefore, she cannot have Republicans' best interests at heart, therefore, she cannot be elected at any cost.

You pretty much covered the main points. They are just not quite smart enough to understand they aren't convincing anyone with their rhetoric. They just keep parroting this garbage sure it's going to resonate with someone besides themselves. The only other tactic they seem to have, and it's a doosie - is that nominating Hillary is a good thing because it guarantees a Republican victory. I find that one to be particularly amusing. That tactic relies on the Republicans coming together as a bloc to vote for anyone but Hillary. Hmm... They disregard the fact that the Democrats already know that and are so determined that a Republican not get in again, that should they nominate Hillary they will themselves mount a fierce campaign to mobilize Democrats against the Hillary Haters. It will be tit for tat in that arena, and they aren't going to like the results. The final vote, even for those not too crazy about Hillary, will be based on "anybody but another Republican." They do tend to wear those blinders that protect them from having to admit how angry and disgusted the country is with Republicans in general right now.
They'll try to bring up all the old unproven crap they keep yammering about, but don't have a clue no one wants to hear it but them. We've seen that act, and they couldn't prove that garbage the first time around. Their own swift boating ways are going to be the death of them for '08. But they won't see it until they are sitting in front of the TV on Election Day with their mouthes hanging open wondering like a bunch of dolts what happened.

1, 2, and 3.
They have been brainwashed to think she's a flaming marxist, when actually she has always been more of a moderate. Bush light in many ways, which is why I don't support her.
She was actually raised as a Republican by her Republican presidents and became president of the Young Republican chapter in her college. She even campaigned for conservative Republican Barry Goldwater in 1964.

They’re already using these tactics against her and she doesn’t have the nomination as yet. The attacks on Hillary just on Yahoo Answers contain all of those choices plus intimations of criminal activity, lying, lack of executive experience, remarks about alleged sexual orientation, negative comments about her physical appearance, and anything they didn’t like about Bill Clinton being attributed to her.
It doesn’t matter whether any of these attacks is most effective because they’ll just pile it on in an attempt to bury her under all the negativity.

She's going to do just fine defeating herself. Her ads already lean in the direction of "the one who can fix this Republican mess". Core Democrats will eat it up, but middle America will see her as being divisive not only going in, but even in trying to get in. Sometimes I think she gets duped by her own spin.

They won't need to employ any of those strategies. Everybody, except the most dense and unreasoning, already know she's all of those things. She evidently cannot stay away from crooked campaign donors like Hsu, and whoever orchestrated the minimum- wage- chinese-immigrant -waiters -who -can't speak english - donation fiasco (whew!), so that, plus her inherant dishonesty and lack of character, will be her undoing. It will probably happen in the spring or summer, but prior to the convention. All the Republicans have to do is get out the vote.

that she's a "socialist", for sure. But they won't stop there. As in past elections they will spew hatred, false accusations and so called "scandals" that never were proven in the hopes that something other than her intelligence, toughness and dedication will stick with the voting public.
