Hi there,
Well the main thing is that you stay hydrated (drink plenty of water and fluids) and take your prenatal vitamins. Your vitamins will pick up the slack for whatever is lacking in your diet. So just eat whatever you can keep down and don't worry so much about nutritious content for now. At this stage, it's more important that you eat and not what you're eating.
If it gets really bad and you're not keeping anything down, please do contact your doctor. He may prescribe something to keep the nausea under control.
Good luck.

Oh the joys of being pregnant, right? lol Anyways, are you taking your prenatal's? If so they are giving you an abundance of the nutrition you need. Try eating light foods or many small meals a day. This may help with the puking. Call your doc if you are really concerned though, and make sure you are getting planty of fluids. Throwing up alot can lead to dehydration whick is definately no good.

crackers, toast, bananas, buttermilk waffle, sliced apples, apple sause, grapes, I found that the blander my food tastes the less likely i am to throw it up. Also small portions usualy helps. Don't eat to much at one time. But no matter what make sure you keep taking your vitamins : )
