Hello, I have very irregular periods. Me and hubby have been ttc for 11 yrs. now with no success. My last good period was on Oct. 27 through Nov. 2. But this month my temps have been up and down all month. I spotted on the 9th of Nov. and cramped all day.I have been cramping on and off every other day. I have also cramped all day today. I still haven't started my period, and my breast have been really sore just like they do before I start. I have been having headaches and very tired. I am assuming the ovulex is working because I never have a period 2 months in a row. My temps have really been acting weird this month cause they have spiked 2 times already and my temp goes right back down. I just don't have a clue what is going on. Please help. Serious answers only.

All I know is that I had cramps and felt shitty before I knew I was pregnant. The cramps just went on day after day after day.

You might already be pregnancy. If not, stopping trying can be the best thing ever. When you just stop trying it can work wonders to make it happen.

Okay don't laugh but.... first order of business, I think you should take a pregnancy test. Some of the things you're saying sounds like you're already pregnant. I would test first thing tomorrow morning.

If it turns out you're not pregnant (and even if tomorrow's test comes out negative you still could be, I would wait until the weekend and test again if your period doesn't show), I would go to the doctor for some tests. Have hubby tested too, after all, he is one half of the equation here.

After a few simple blood tests, an ultrasound, and pelvic exam (all very painless) your doctor my find a simple explanation for what's going on that requires an easy fix. Wouldn't that be nice to be pregnant in the next few months. I wouldn't give up until you've consulted with a doctor. See a fertility specialist if you can, or at least a GYN that specializes in fertility issues. A regular doctor or GYN would be a waste of your time.

Good luck.

I agree with the poster who mentioned the possibility of PCOS. It could be the culprit. I have it as well and it is a very tricky condition. One my sisters has it and my friend also has it. For me, my periods come once in a GREAT while...I went three years without one. My sister gets hers every 50 days, then she'll have a 28 days cycle, then 30 days, then three months with nothing. My friend gets here for a month at a time, then a few weeks off, then for a month again...it's crazy. Also, when you have PCOS, you can pretty much throw out the temping...it's not predictable if you have PCOS.
If you haven't already, I would talk to your doctor about PCOS and have your husband do a semen analysis to rule him out as the problem. I have heard of women TTCing for years and then finding out they have PCOS, and after starting treatment for that (usually Metformin) they conceive within a few months.
Don't lose hope! Good Luck!

YOU DID'NT MENTION WEATHER YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS?

When you're trying to conceive, you have to try to maximize your fertility. How? Consider these simple tips to maximize your fertility and to increase your chances of conceiving quickly.

1. Have sex regularly. If you consistently have sex two or three times a week, you're almost certain to hit a fertile period at some point. There's no such thing as too much sex for healthy couples who want to conceive. BUT, don't get too much of a good thing during your fertile period can be physically and mentally draining and doesn't do much to increase your odds of conceiving.

2. Make love on the right days. Have sex once a day near the time of ovulation. Dailyintercourse during the days leading up to ovulation may increase the odds of conception. Although this can cause a slight drop of sperm of your partner, the reduction does not affect healthy men. Remember, you're at your most fertile during the five days leading up to and the 12 hours following ovulation. If you miss this window of opportunity, it's game over! This may sound like a no-brainer, but mistimed baby making can wreak your plans to conceive.

3. Make healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, eat healthfully and keep stress under control. The same good habits will serve you and your baby well duringpregnancy. You can consider preconception planningif you or your partner have any health issues. Your doctor can assess your overall health and help you identify lifestyle changes that may improve yourchances for a healthy pregnancy.

4. Take your vitamins. Folic acid (vitamin B-9) plays an essential role in a baby's development. Taking a prenatal vitamin or folic acid supplement beginning at least one month before conception through the first trimester of pregnancy canreduce the risk of spina bifida and other neural tube defects by up to 70 percent

5. Create a sperm-friendly vaginal environment. Avoid vaginal sprays, scented tampons and artificial lubricants, all of which may interfere with your baby making plans.

I have heard alot of good things about ovulex, and know people whom in 3mths have became pregnant!!!

Luckily, most of the people that have used Ovulex have not experienced any side effects and the individuals who have undergone any reactions, have faced rather mild concerns that have lasted for quite a short period of time.

The most a person has documented in adverse reactions (as an intense side effect) seems to be extra bleeding during menstrual periods, which can cause more concerns if not correctly handled. Despite this, this particular side effect lasts for only a couple of days. Only a handful of women will experience this sort of reaction so the risk is quite minimal.

To ensure the highest level of safety, I suggest that you speak to your doctor before taking Ovulex, to make sure that Ovulex will accommodate your system.

Additional side effects involve changes in the mood, which is quite a small surrender for a baby, I believe. Then again, there have been some users who have reported feeling quite pleasant and have even undergone an increase in their sex drive, where if you are fortunate, you too may come in contact with “pleasing” side effects when using Ovulex.

The most frequently seen side effect is queasiness, which is a common thread seen in most women, but this will pass within a couple of days.

To settle your train of thought, keep in mind that Ovulex has gained certification in being an all-natural product – 100%. This is not one of the typical synthetic drugs like other items on the market.

Overall, it is highly improbable to experience unpleasant side effects brought on by a chemical reaction. Ovulex is comprised of botanical extracts, which makes it a suitable herbal product that has assisted hundreds upon hundreds of couples in giving birth.

i hope this helps you....i have reaserched alot with trying to get pregnant..

GOOD LUCK AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GO..

11 years is a very long time. I can't even imagine what you are going through. You are probably going to hate my answer, but I would really look into seeing a doctor about this. It may be something so simple! Good luck. Don't ever give up!

I had cramping during my pregnancy. I felt like I was going to start my period, well I never did. We tried for a long time, the moment we stopped trying, BINGO!!! Relax. Try not taking your temperature. That's what I did. Try letting it happen naturally. Good luck, hun!! Baby dust to you!!! :) P.S. I had it with temperature taking and charting. That shits for the birds!!

I don't think anyone can give you perfect advice here. You have been trying for long enough on your own. Time to seek medical advice, i think.

Have you ever had hormone tests? maybe that's why your period is so abnormal? Has your husband had his semen checked? Could you suspect PCOS?
